I don’t know about others, but I feel really excited when I have to attend weddings in spring and summer. There is so much these weathers have to offer in terms of dressing trends, eateries, wedding themes and other areas. Do you plan to attend a wedding in coming spring or summer and you are all excited to see the trends that are being followed? Well, I would not keep you waiting anymore. Let’s have a look at the top trends for this month’s summer and spring weddings.
1. Pastel shades for dresses
In this year’s summer and spring, you can feast your eyes by looking at some of the most beautiful pastel shaded dresses. If you are planning to get married during these two seasons, a lavender or soft pink colored gown would simply look incredible. If you want your groom to keep his eyes on you all the time on this special day, soft green, some blue and pale yellow are also some of the gown shades that you can look at. Thus, if you are a bride-to-be and planning a summer wedding or spring wedding, get ready to create magic with a soft shaded wedding gown. Talking to your wedding planner would also help you in this regard.
2. Taller cakes and more delight
I have a sweet tooth and my opinion about cakes is, the more the merrier. If you are a bride-to-be and have a summer wedding, a tall cake is what you need for the desert. This would make your wedding simply unforgettable as your guests would not forget the sweet treat they were given. However, if you are planning a summer wedding, the venue temperature is something that you need to look at if you do not want your cake to turn into syrup. In my opinion, chocolate is one of the best flavors for wedding cakes.
3. Pastel shaded nails
4. Creative food points
For your summer wedding, try to make your wedding food points creative and give the guests a choice to make their selection. The food point needs to be creative. In other words, your guests should keep guessing the menu when they look at the uniquely designed food point from a distance. I just witnessed this trend in one of the summer weddings I went to. The food points had the theme of a Hawaiian beach shed, with the menu served on attached conventional square shaped wooden tables.
